Unfortunately, most parents do not realize that wooden toys are still popular and, even further, that they are still available for purchase. Many Internet stores sell a variety of wooden toys, including building blocks, rocking horses, and doll houses. As enjoyable as those toys were years ago, there is little reason to think that kids of today would not enjoy them just as well. As years pass, there is no doubt that the list of “classic toys” will continue to grow, as more durable and loved toys enter the market. However, the toys above have surely earned their place on the list, after being loved by children for many generations.
